Description:

Individuals, private sector companies, and government institutions can submit a request via Ministry of Transport's website to obtain a replacement certificate of registration for small crafts in case of loss or damage. This replacement certificate will be issued after the owner has already obtained a report from the Ministry of Interior stating the loss or damage of the registration certificate.

Conditions and Requirements:

Photocopy of valid ID

Photocopy of valid Commercial Registry if the owner is a company, Hukoomi or Sports Club

Proof of loss of license

The application will be rejected in the following cases:

-Absence of the owner's or authorized person's signature on the application or if it is signed by another person without authorization from the owner.

-Expiration of the validity period of the owner's personal ID or the commercial registry.

Note: If the registartion is expired, you will not be allowed to apply for replacement service 

Fees:

Private/Commercial: 200 Qatari Riyals

Fishery/Ferry/Tourism: 100 Qatari Riyals

Yachts: 300 Qatari Riyals

Note: Inspection fees include survey charges.
